With room allotments, the tour- or event organizer do not need to collect lists of the participants needing accommodation. The rooms in the allotment are available for booking by the guests via the internet or directly from the hotel before a certain date or on the basis of availability. Hilton hotels offer two options: Fixed room allotment or % -discount from best available rate. Choose the one that best suits your needs.


The hotel allots the required number of rooms for your group and guarantees the availability of these rooms at the price offered. Rooms can be booked until agreed date.

Two participants or room nights can be cancelled on the day of arrival in bookings over 50 persons/ room nights.

For cancellations exceeding the allowed above or late cancellations, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the organizer the full rate for the entire period booked. The organisers will be charged the full rate for allotments for the reserved dates unless the booking is cancelled within the confirmed cancellation period. The organisers are also responsible for cancellations made by guests until the liability for cancellations is transferred to the individual guest (at 11:59PM the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed). After that individual guests are liable for cancellations/no show.


Hotel provides a booking code, which can be used to book rooms at a lower rate than best available bed & breakfast rate. Rates change depending on availability and room type. An individual room booking can be cancelled without cost before 11.59 PM on the day before arrival. Credit card details are required to confirm the booking.


Participants book their rooms directly via the internet indicating the dedicated booking reference. Bookings can also be made by telephone or email directly from the hotel indicating the dedicated booking reference. Credit card details are required for all bookings.
