MEETING ROOMS

Hilton Helsinki Airport offers several multipurpose meeting rooms. With premium location right next to Helsinki Airport and direct access to the  terminal via a covered walkway and just 30 minutes to the city centre, this is the perfect venue to host meetings, conferences and social events of all sizes. There are 12 versatile high-quality rooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi- available throughout the hotel.

Ballroom 1-3
The largest room,  Ballroom, accommodates up to 330 delegates for meetings, seminars, trade shows or even for car launches. The versatile rooms can be divided to two or three smaller spaces according to requirements.

Fenix 1-4
Fenix multipurpose meeting rooms hold events from 20 up to 120 delegates. There are many alternative room settings from theatre, classroom, U-shape, cocktail to long and round tables to best suit your event. Suitable also for exhibitions. All Fenix meeting rooms have natural daylight.

Aquila 1-3
Three meeting rooms for 18-40 persons to combined 36-100 persons. These rooms are situated in Aquila wing next to restaurant Aquila. All rooms have natural daylight.

Falcon
A versatile venue for meetings and social events from 12-30 persons. Room has natural light.

Boardroom
Boardroom is suitable for board meetings and other smaller meetings. It features comfortable high-backed leather chairs for 10 persons.
