For cancellations exceeding the allowed above or late cancellations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the organizer the full rate for the entire period booked. The organizer will be charged the full rate for allotments for the reserved tales unless the booking is cancelled within the confirmed cancellation period. The organizer is also responsible for cancellations made by guests until the liability for cancellations is transferred to the individual guest. After that individual guests are liable for cancellations/no show.
Rate discount
The hotel provides a booking code for discounted rate, allowing guests to reserve the rooms at a lower rate than best available bed & breakfast rate. Rates change depending on availability and room type. An individual room booking can be cancelled without cost before 11.59 pm on the day before arrival. In order to confirm the reservation, the booking must be confirmed with valid credit card details. Room are subjected to hotel availability.
Booking
Participants book their rooms directly via the internet using the provided booking code. Booking can also be made by telephone or email directly from the hotel. Credit card details are required for all bookings.
